Course Details

All courses are conducted in English.
Those who know something about Scrum already will get the most out of the class. We advise you read the free Scrum guide in advance of the class. It is a short read and should take no more than 30 minutes.
Yes. We get attendees at all levels attending the training. The course gives a great introduction to Scrum and you will finish the 2 days with a clear understanding of what it is and how it can help you.

Course Assessments

The Scrum.org assessments (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, PSD I, PSPO I, PSPO II, SPS) are optional and taken in your own time after the course is complete.
The assessments can be carried out from any internet connected computer.
The cost of the PSM I assessment is included in the price you pay for the course. PSM II and PSM III cost $250 and $500 respectively. Discounts are available on these prices if you attend a course with us.
No. All the assessments are optional. You only need to complete them if you wish.
The PSM I assessment takes 1 hour. We advise that you allow additional time to properly prepare for the assessment to give you the best chance of passing.
The pass mark for PSM I is 85%.
The PSM I assessment is 80 multiple choice questions.
The PSM II assessment takes 90 minutes. We advise that you allow additional time to properly prepare for the assessment to give you the best chance of passing.
The pass mark for PSM II is 85%.
The PSM II assessment is 30 multiple choice questions.
The PSM III assessment takes 2 hours. We advise that you allow additional time to properly prepare for the assessment to give you the best chance of passing.
The pass mark for PSM III is 85%.
The PSM III assessment is a combination of multiple choice and essay questions.
There is no deadline for taking the assessments. To give yourself the best chance of passing we advise you leave no more than 4 weeks after your course.
You can retake the assessment at any time and as many times as you need. There is no waiting period. You will need to pay for each subsequent attempt and the price is currently $150.

Course Logistics

We send out full joining instructions around 7 days before the start date of the course.

We advise you to wait to receive this email before booking transport or accommodation.

Course hours are 0900 to 1700 unless otherwise stated.
All materials and are supplied where needed.

Laptop Computers are not needed for the Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner or Scaled Professional Scrum courses.

Laptop Computers are required for the Professional Scrum Developer and Professional Scrum Foundation courses.

All attendees at public courses receive a copy of the course material. We often give free Scrum books after the class as well.
Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim 14 PDUs after attending a two-day Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) course and 21 PDUs after attending a three-day Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) course.

Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education courses provided by other third party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs online at https://ccrs.pmi.org.

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 21 days before start date of your course.
If the instructor postpones or cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another listed course

We recommend that transport and accommodation are not booked until the email is received from the instructor confirming the joining instructions around 7 days before the start of the course.

The instructor shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
