# What is the format of the Sprint Review?

The [Sprint Review](https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/glossary/sprint-review/) is intended to be a working session rather than just a presentation. The [Scrum Team](https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/glossary/scrum-team/) should aim to conduct the review in a hands-on, workshop-style format where stakeholders can interact with the [Increment](https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/glossary/increment/). This approach may require more [Facilitation](https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/glossary/facilitation/) but often leads to greater learning and insights.

Other approaches to the [Sprint Review](https://www.thescrummaster.co.uk/glossary/sprint-review/) are also possible, but the key is to make it an interactive and engaging session. By doing so, the team can gather more valuable feedback and make more informed decisions about future work.
