These Terms and Conditions relate to our Affiliate Program.

A. Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form, remit full payment for the product and attend the course (if it is a live course).
- Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured and implemented Affiliate links or codes.
- Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
- Commissions will not be applied if the correct links or codes are not used.
- Commission percentages are calculated excluding any taxes charged.
- Commissions cannot be earned for referrals to private courses.
- Commissions cannot be used to purchase private courses.
- Commissions from more than one account cannot be combined.
- Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
- Commissions can only be earned against full-priced purchases. If any discounts have been applied, the referral credit will not be valid and will be removed when a redemption request is made. It may still appear in your Affiliate Dashboard until this time.
- Any commissions shown on the Affiliate Dashboard are subject to review and change at any time. Incorrectly applied credits will be removed. These may result from discounted, incomplete, unpaid or refunded orders or from orders that are subject to other special terms.
B. Exclusions
Scrum.org self-paced course are not included in the affiliate program.
C. Payouts
Payouts can be requested every 90 days.
- Payout processing can take up to 30 days from the requested date.
- A minimum commission balance of £20 is required before a payout can be requested.
- Payments will be paid as store credit on TheScrumMaster.co.uk only can only be used to purchase live courses run by Simon Kneafsey, eLearning Courses and Practice Assessments.
- There is no cash equivalent available (unless you have been accepted onto our Super Affiliate or Trainer Super Affiliate programme in writing).
- Payouts are non-transferable and must be used by the affiliate.
- Partner/Associate Trainers of TheScrumMaster.co.uk will not receive affiliate credit from live classes. Such balances will be deducted before payout.
- All credit must be used within 1 year of payout.
D. Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
E. Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use our brand and marketing resources. Logos and other assets cannot be modified.
- The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
- The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of TheScrumMaster.co.uk and will never advertise our products directly.
- The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with us.
- The Affiliate will never represent themselves, us or their relationship with us in a false or misleading way.
- The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing TheScrumMaster.co.uk
F. Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
- If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from us will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
- If we choose to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than £20 will be paid to the affiliate within 90 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than £20 will be forfeited.
G. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Programme rules. We may also terminate the affiliate scheme without further notice.
