Kanban System Design (KSD) is the foundational Kanban University course for people who want to move beyond simply using a Kanban board and learn how to design an effective system for managing work and improving service delivery.

During this highly interactive two-day course, you will use the Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban (STATIK) to understand an existing system of work and design an appropriate Kanban system around it. You will explore flow, pull, work item types, classes of service, visualisation, policies and the practical application of the Kanban Method.

You will leave with a structured approach you can use to introduce or improve Kanban in your own team or organisation.

This course is accredited by Kanban University. Kanban System Design is the first step towards the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential.
