Scrum.org Assessment & Certification
Up to 2 attempts. Participants of official Scrum.org training classes who attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving the password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
The Scrum.org assessments are optional and taken online in your own time after your course is complete.
Scrum.org assessments can be carried out from any internet-connected computer.

Live Course Logistics
We send out full joining instructions around 7 days before the start date of the course. For in-person courses, we advise you to wait to receive this email before booking transport or accommodation.
Courses are conducted in English, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
Course hours are 09:00 to 17:00 in the country/time zone listed, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
You will be advised what to bring when you receive the course joining instructions via email. Most courses do not require you to bring anything. Laptops are typically not needed (unless otherwise stated in the course description or in the email joining instructions).
All attendees receive a copy of the course materials. We often give free Scrum books, practice assessments and eLearning courses after the class as well.
Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim 14 PDUs after attending a two-day course, 21 PDUs after attending a three-day course and 7 PDUs for a one-day course.
Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education courses provided by other third-party providers” category. Read the further instructions on how to claim PDU's
You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 21 days before the start date of your course. Visit our course policy page to learn more.
If the instructor postpones or cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another of our listed courses.
We recommend that transport and accommodation are not booked until the email is received from us confirming the joining instructions around 7 days before the start of the course.
We will not be responsible for any loss incurred by a customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

For paid Practice Assessments, log in an go to My Account —> Practice Assessments & eLearning
Click the Drop down arrow next to the Practice Assessment you are interested in. Click the Statistics icon to see your answers for each attempt.
In order to access a Practice Assessment that you have purchased previously, please ensure that you are logged into the website. You will have been automatically logged in on your first visit. When you return again later, you may need to log in to access it.
Use the ‘Login In’ link at the top right-hand corner of the site. Then navigate back to the practice assessment page. You can access the Practice Assessment again using the links at the bottom of the page below ‘Course Content’.

Participants who complete the Ultimate Agile Masterclass are eligible to take the Ultimate Agile Master III (UAM III) Assessment. Those who achieve the required passing score earn the Ultimate Agile Master III certification.
The Advanced Scrum Master and Advanced Product Owner modules will help to prepare you for the Scrum.org PSM/PSPO III assessments. Additional live support sessions are included if one or both of these is your goal.

- You will need to commit around 4-6 hours per month. Most of this will be via self-paced learning with a monthly live session.
- The live session will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 17:00 UK time. If you cannot attend, the session will be recorded and available to watch later.
