Terms and Conditions for the Ultimate Agile Masterclass provided by No Limits Media Solutions Ltd (trading as TheScrumMaster.co.uk), version 13 August 2026.
1. Programme Overview
The Ultimate Agile Masterclass (the “Masterclass”) is delivered by TheScrumMaster.co.uk as a blended learning programme, combining self‑paced eLearning with monthly live cohort sessions on advanced agile topics.
2. Eligibility & Commitment
By enrolling, you confirm that you are an experienced agile practitioner committed to spending approximately 4–6 hours per month on the Masterclass, including mandatory live sessions and online modules.
3. Pricing & Payment
Masterclass fees must be paid prior to access. Payment options, VAT, local taxes, and discounts are clearly outlined on the Masterclass webpage. Payment is via credit or debit card only.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Monthly Payment Plan: If you choose to pay monthly, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be taken. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
- Full Upfront Payment: If you pay in full in advance, no refund will be due upon cancellation. Please ensure you are fully committed before selecting this payment option.
- It will not be possible to pause a subscription or leave and rejoin a cohort.
5. Access & Materials
- You will gain access to the Masterclass content, including eLearning modules and cohort-based live sessions, from your start date until the end of the Masterclass.
- New content is added each month. If you join or rejoin a cohort late, you will receive access to the current and future content only
- All materials are for your personal, non‑commercial use.
6. Live Sessions & Cohort Rules
- Dates for live monthly sessions are published in advance.
- You are expected to attend live sessions; repeated absences may result in removal from the cohort without refund.
- If the cohort does not reach minimum numbers, we may reschedule the start date or cancel the cohort. In this case, you would be entitled to a refund.
- If the size of a cohort becomes too low to make the live sessions viable, the live sessions may be removed. You would be entitled to a full refund for future sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All Masterclass content is copyrighted. You must not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.
8. Code of Conduct
Professional behaviour is expected at all times. You agree to arrive on time, engage constructively and respect fellow participants and Trainers. TheScrumMaster.co.uk reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.
9. Certification & Outcomes
- Certification will be awarded to those who complete the Masterclass and pass the assessment.
- The Masterclass prepares you for external certifications, but those certification exams are offered by third parties and are not included in the Masterclass fees.
10. Liability
TheScrumMaster.co.uk provides guidance and training, but cannot guarantee outcomes such as exam, assessment or certificate success.
11. Changes or Cancellation of Masterclass
- TheScrumMaster.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Masterclass at any time.
- In such cases, you may opt for an alternative date, refund, or credit toward a future programme.
12. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England & Wales.
