We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Ultimate Agile Master III (UAM III) Assessment, the highest level of agile certification available.
Designed for experienced Agile practitioners, the UAM III Assessment goes beyond testing knowledge of frameworks. or methods Instead, it challenges candidates to apply agile practices and principles to realistic organisational scenarios, demonstrating critical thinking, sound judgement and the ability to recommend practical solutions to complex problems.
The assessment consists of a series of essay-based questions. Candidates are expected to analyse each scenario, justify their recommendations and explain the reasoning behind their decisions. Success depends on the quality of thinking and the application of suitable solutions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate their capability to tackle the kinds of challenges faced by Agile leaders, coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and transformation professionals in today’s organisations.
The UAM III Assessment will be provided to participants in the Ultimate Agile Masterclass and represents the culmination of the programme’s learning journey. The first cohort will graduate in September 2026 and will be invited to attempt the assessment then. We look forward to recognising the first professionals to achieve the certification.
