Cook Medical was looking to find better ways to innovate and recognised that Scrum could help them with this.
TheScrumMaster.co.uk worked with them to design and run a training program for employees based at their Innovation Centre in Limerick, Ireland to help them learn about and start to use Scrum.
A range of private Scrum training courses were held over a 6 month period. Post-training support and consulting were provided to help them get started with Scrum and avoid the common pitfalls along the way.
