Terms and Conditions for Certification Pathways provided by No Limits Media Solutions Ltd (trading as TheScrumMaster.co.uk), version 01 August 2026.
1. Programme Overview
Certification Pathways are self-paced learning programmes delivered by TheScrumMaster.co.uk. Each pathway combines the training, learning resources, practice assessments, support and assessment attempt(s) stated on its product page.
2. Eligibility & Commitment
By enrolling, you confirm that you are able to complete the relevant pathway requirements and assessment-readiness checks before taking an assessment. Certification Pathways support your preparation but do not guarantee that you will pass an assessment or receive a certification.
3. Pricing & Payment
Certification Pathway fees must be paid in full before access is provided. Prices, VAT, applicable taxes and any discounts are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Where you request immediate access to digital content, you expressly request that supply begins immediately and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected once supply begins. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
5. Access & Materials
- Access instructions for digital training and assessment components will normally be sent by email within four working hours of confirmed payment, unless the relevant product page states otherwise.
- You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking your inbox, spam and junk folders.
- Contact us if access instructions have not arrived within the stated timeframe.
- All pathway content and materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, share, distribute or sell them without our prior written consent.
6. Live Support Sessions
Where a pathway includes live support sessions, such as Certification Clinics:
- attendance is optional unless the pathway product page states otherwise;
- booking may be required in advance;
- availability, dates and capacity may vary; and
- we may reschedule or cancel a session where reasonably necessary.
7. Retake Protection
Where the relevant Certification Pathway product page states that retake protection is included, we will provide one additional assessment attempt at no extra charge if you do not pass your first attempt and you meet all published readiness criteria before taking it.
The relevant pathway’s Final Readiness Checks set out these criteria. They may include completing specified training, using learning resources, completing practice assessments, achieving stated scores and understanding incorrect answers.
To request retake protection, you must provide your first assessment result and any reasonable information we request to confirm eligibility. Retake protection:
- is limited to one additional assessment attempt;
- applies only where stated on the relevant product page;
- is not transferable;
- has no cash value; and
- cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit or alternative product.
If you did not complete the published readiness criteria before your first assessment attempt, retake protection does not apply. No exceptions can be made after the assessment has been taken.
8. Assessment Providers
Third-party assessments and certifications are provided by their respective assessment providers and are subject to those providers’ terms, processes and availability.
We are not responsible for changes made by an assessment provider to its assessment format, availability, rules, pricing or certification requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All Certification Pathway content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You must not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell or make available any pathway content without our prior written consent.
10. Certification & Outcomes
Certification is awarded only where you meet the relevant third-party assessment provider’s requirements.
We provide training, guidance and preparation support, but cannot guarantee assessment, examination or certification success.
11. Changes or Cancellation
We may make reasonable changes to pathway content, learning resources or live-support arrangements to maintain quality, reflect provider changes or improve the programme.
Where a material change significantly affects the pathway you purchased, we will provide reasonable notice and explain the available options.
12. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
