Learn how to understand what really matters to your customers and use that insight to make better product, service and strategic decisions.
Fit for Purpose (F4P) is a Kanban University course that helps you connect customer purpose with the products, services and experiences your organisation provides. Rather than relying on assumptions about what customers value, you will learn how to identify meaningful customer purposes, segment markets around those purposes and measure whether your products and services are genuinely fit for purpose.
During this highly interactive two-day course, you will explore practical techniques for understanding customer needs, identifying meaningful market segments and selecting measures that provide useful signals about customer experience and business performance.
You will leave with a practical framework for connecting customer insight with product, service, portfolio and strategic decisions.
