Learn the practical fundamentals of Kanban and how to use them to improve the way your team manages and delivers work.
Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is the ideal starting point for people who are new to Kanban. This one-day Kanban University course introduces the core principles and practices of the Kanban Method and shows you how they can improve visibility, communication, collaboration and flow within a team.
During this highly interactive course, you will explore how to visualise work, limit work in progress, manage flow, make policies explicit, use feedback loops and improve collaboratively. You will learn practical techniques that you can begin applying immediately within your own team.
You will leave with a clear understanding of how Kanban works and how you can contribute effectively to a team using a Kanban system.
