Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a hands-on, activity-based course where students explore how Product Ownership is crucial to the success of a product. Throughout the class, students learn a number of practices that they can use once they leave the classroom. Students will learn how Professional Scrum helps them to move from a project mindset to a product mindset. At the end of the class students will understand how the shift in mindset and new practices can be put into action with Agile Product Management.
