I have recently started asking our course attendees to provide a Net Promoter Score via the post-course survey we use at the end of each class.
For the first 2 Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master courses since then, our NPS scores were 95 on each occasion. According to npsbenchmarks.com, anything over 60 is “world class”, so we are clearly doing something right!
I know my students love my classes as many of them tell me so at the end of our courses. It’s lovely to have a metric to demonstrate this and give us a measuring stick against with to further inspect and adapt. They say an NPS score of 100 is impossible. Let’s see. No Limits!
