As per the Scrum Guide:
Fewer than 3 Dev team members decrease interaction…..
Having More than 9 members require too much coordination…..
So it is true that dev team must be not smaller than 3 an not larger than 9 but be between 3-9 members.

The Development Team does not have any testing specialists in the team? Now?
– They are self-organized, they should able to communicate each other to remove any impediment in technical way.

i believe this does not break the rule of scrum. Scrum says that at most the SP can be 8 hrs for a month long sprint and is usually shorter for shorter sprints. Hence it is not mandatory that a 2 week sprint must have a 4 hour SP. As long as it is less than 8h, hours, it is in line with the principles of scrum framework.

However, one question that I cannot really understand why the answer is “False”.
The Development Team must be no smaller than 3 and no larger than 9 members. Answer is “False”.
Scrum Guide states the following:
Optimal Development Team size is small enough to remain nimble and large enough to
complete significant work within a Sprint. Fewer than three Development Team members
decrease interaction and results in smaller productivity gains. Smaller Development Teams may
encounter skill constraints during the Sprint, causing the Development Team to be unable to
deliver a potentially releasable Increment. Having more than nine members requires too much
coordination. Large Development Teams generate too much complexity for an empirical process
to manage. The Product Owner and Scrum Master roles are not included in this count unless
they are also executing the work of the Sprint Backlog.

The questions ask if team size is a ‘must’. I.e. is mandated by Scrum.
The paragraph you quote from the Scrum Guide is making a recommendation, not a rule.
Are small teams a good idea? – Yes.
Does Scrum seek to prescribe what a “small team” is – No.

In your practice assessment I am not able to understand this question’s correct answer. Can you please help.

I understand that this question is a tough one. However if I reveal the answer it will devalue the practice assessment. If people can see the answers it will no longer be useful.
Only 1 of these options goes against the values and practices of Scrum. That is the one you are looking to exclude from your answer. To further focus you thinking have another read of the Scrum Guide and see what it say about who should participate at a Daily Scrum.

Stakeholders can be part of the DailyScrum as long as they stick to the below:
“The Daily Scrum is an internal meeting for the Development Team. If others are present, the Scrum Master ensures that they do not disrupt the meeting.”
The meeting is for the dev team to know where they stand and does not necessarily mean only they should know where they stand. This would defeat the purpose of Scrum-Transparency!
C – The Development Team may be less open and transparent during the Daily Scrum

I don’t. If I provided detailed answers then the practice assessment would lose its value as an instrument of learning. It’s intended to get you thinking and evaluating how well you really understand Scrum. All the answers are in the Scrum Guide, although It can be hard to find and interpret them.
If you are struggling with some of these questions, consider reading some of these excellent books, attending some local Scrum events or attending a Scrum training course.
