AI Fluency for Product Team Members Self-Paced Course

AI fluency is the deliberate practice of using AI effectively, intentionally, and accountably in product work.

The self-paced AI Fluency for Product Team Members interactive course is designed to help people understand Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it can be used to improve the delivery of products to market and the accountabilities of those using AI. Throughout the course students will explore the AI Fluency Journey Map, a framework that gives individuals and teams a shared language to assess their current AI maturity, target specific skill gaps, and identify clear signals of readiness for advanced implementation.

This course is a helpful resource to prepare for the AI Fluency for Product Team Members I certification test and includes one free attempt at the certification.

Course Overview

In this self-paced online course, you will explore what it takes to become fluent in artificial intelligence (AI) by using AI effectively, deliberately, and responsibly in day-to-day work to deliver valuable products. This course guides you through Level 1 of the AI Fluency Journey Map.  Through real-world scenarios, case studies, and interactive exercises, you will gain practical techniques to identify when AI produces incorrect results, craft targeted prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and adhere to responsibility standards. By the end of this course, you will have the understanding and confidence to transform generic AI outputs into valuable product-driven outcomes.

Certification

All participants completing the Self-Paced AI Fluency for Product Team Members course will receive one passcode to attempt the AI Fluency for Product Team Members I (AIF I) Certification once they complete the course.

This course is delivered fully online at your own pace.  You can take it over a period of days, weeks or months, whatever suits your availability and needs. The course will take approximately 5 hours to complete. After completing the course, students will receive a downloadable recognition of course completion certificate.
