Scrum.org, the Home of Scrum, has announced its new Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) training course.
PSFS is a one-day skills-building course for people to learn how to be purposeful in their application of facilitation. It is for Agile and Scrum Team members who would like to develop their skills in facilitation and inclusive decision-making.
In PSFS, attendees experience when and how to apply facilitation techniques in Scrum-related scenarios by relying on the principles that facilitators can fall back on, especially when situations go sideways. Scrum.org’s hope is that this course will help Scrum teams be more effective.
