How do non-working times affect Sprints?

Sprints include non-working times such as weekends and holidays, meaning that the actual working time may vary from Sprint to Sprint. Despite these variations, the start of a new Sprint immediately follows the conclusion of the previous one, with no gaps in between.

Many Scrum Teams choose to start their Sprints mid-week to avoid the potential distractions and absences typically seen on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps maintain focus and consistency throughout the Sprint.
