How do product vision and product strategy relate to Product Goals?

While Product Vision and product strategy are outside the Scope of Scrum, they are often used as complementary practices. The Product Vision provides a higher-level narrative that describes the long-term aspirations for the product, while the product strategy outlines the plan for achieving these aspirations.

Product Goals act as milestones within this broader context, helping the team to incrementally realise the Product Vision. Each Product Goal is a step towards fulfilling the overall product strategy, providing direction and focus for the team’s efforts.
