What happens when challenges arise during a Sprint?

When challenges arise during a Sprint, the team adapts the Sprint Backlog to reflect the new reality. This involves reassessing priorities and making necessary adjustments to ensure that the work remains valuable and achievable within the Sprint timeframe.

At the end of the Sprint, the team conducts a Sprint Review and a Sprint Retrospective. During these meetings, they inspect the results of the Sprint, discuss what went well and what didn’t, and decide on adaptations to improve future Sprints. This iterative process helps the team continuously improve and increase their chances of producing a Done Increment in subsequent Sprints.
