The Sprint Backlog makes all the work identified by the Developers necessary to meet the Sprint Goal visible. It includes a Forecast of the valuable work expected in the next Increment, providing transparency into the current state of the Sprint’s work.
This visibility allows the Developers to inspect progress daily, making necessary adjustments as they uncover new tasks or complete existing ones. It also helps in ensuring that everyone involved has a clear understanding of what is being worked on and the current status of those tasks.
