The Sprint Backlog is created during the Sprint Planning meeting and updated throughout the Sprint. During Sprint Planning, the Developers select Product Backlog items and devise a plan to deliver the Increment and achieve the Sprint Goal.
Throughout the Sprint, the Developers modify the Sprint Backlog as they work through the plan and gain a better understanding of the work required. This Emergence and adjustment are vital to adapt to new information and ensure the Sprint Goal is met effectively.
