A Sprint begins with a Sprint Planning event, where the team defines what can be delivered in the upcoming Sprint and how that work will be achieved. At the end of the Sprint, the Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective events take place.
During the Sprint Review, the team presents the work completed and discusses the next steps with stakeholders. The Sprint Retrospective allows the team to reflect on their process and identify improvements for future Sprints.
