The Nexus Integration Team comprises three main roles: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, and Nexus Integration Team Members. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring Value delivery from the Nexus’s work by managing the Product Backlog, prioritising tasks, and making decisions that align with the overall Product Vision. They play a crucial role in guiding the team’s efforts towards achieving the most valuable outcomes.
The Scrum Master, on the other hand, ensures that the Nexus framework is properly understood and enacted. This involves facilitating Scrum events, helping the team adhere to Scrum principles, and removing impediments that might hinder the team’s progress. The Nexus Integration Team Members are typically developers skilled in tools and technologies essential for scaled development, such as Continuous Integration, automated testing, and environment management. These members ensure that an integrated Increment is consistently produced each Sprint.
