The main purpose of the Sprint Review is to inspect the Increment and assess the progress towards the Product Goal. This helps the team and stakeholders to make informed decisions about the next steps.
Additionally, the Sprint Review is used to adapt the Product Backlog based on new insights gained during the review. This ensures that the backlog remains relevant and up-to-date, reflecting the current understanding of the product and its environment.
