In a Scrum Team, there are three key accountabilities: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, and the Developers. Each role has specific responsibilities that contribute to the team’s overall success.
The Product Owner is responsible for maximising the Value of the product by managing the Product Backlog and ensuring it reflects the stakeholders’ needs and priorities. The Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum process, helping the team adhere to Scrum principles and practices while removing impediments. The Developers are responsible for delivering a potentially releasable Increment of the product at the end of each Sprint, ensuring the work meets the Definition of Done.
