A Developer is one of the three key accountabilities within a Scrum Team, focusing on the day-to-day tasks involved in creating the product. The Developer team collaborates closely to ensure they deliver Value as early as possible and are collectively committed to creating all aspects of a usable Increment each Sprint. This means they work together to produce a potentially shippable product Increment by the end of each Sprint.
Additionally, Developers have the ultimate accountability in the Scrum Team regarding how the product is developed. They are responsible for the planning, execution, and quality of the product, ensuring it meets the Definition of Done. This responsibility makes them integral to the success of each Sprint and the overall Scrum process.
